Like everyone else, I don't get to climb outside nearly as much as I'd like. For this reason, I'm so thankful for the gym. The gym has helped me to become stronger, improve technique, climb with my young sons in a controled and safe environment, gain confidence in leading, build endurance and also meet a lot of really great people.
